Stop the LHC - until we know it's SAFE!

LEGAL ROOM

Nuclear physicist Walter L. Wagner established Citizens Against The Large Hadron Collider to utilize legal action to require that CERN engage in extensive safety testing of the Large Hadron Collider before it is allowed to operate. Catastrophic outcomes resulting from the LHC could include theoretical miniature black holes, theoretical strangelets and deSitter Space transitions. The initial complaint for a temporary restraining order and injunction was filed on March 21, 2008 by Luis Sancho and Walter Wagner against the U.S. Department of Energy, National Science Foundation and others.
